We Reserve the Right to Refuse Service.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Please be aware of our 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY.
Because it is extremely difficult to fill a cancelled appointment without sufficient notice, appointments cancelled without 24 hours notice and missed appointments will be charged your full deposit of $40.00.

If you need to cancel your appointment, please call or text 818-796-3708 24 hours before your appointment.

Policy

Our Licensed, Fully Credentialed Therapist Renay Matthews, CMP, has continued her education in therapy and anatomy for over 2 decades and continues to do so.

-Our Therapist provides only medical massage.

-All treatments are performed in the clients home or office by our California Massage Therapy Council Practitioner.

-Your session starts with a 5 Min Soap Note Evaluation, this five minutes
is not included in your 60 pr 90 minute therapy session.

- Book in advance to ensure your appointment.

- Standing Weekly/BiWeekly/Monthly Appointments
Recommended to guarantee your appointment.

- 24 hour cancellation fee or you forfeit your Non Refundable deposit.

- It is best to book a standing appointment to ensure you get your
treatment as desired, Renay does not fit anyone in.

- Do not email or send through any messaging system any information regarding your health
or health history. You will speak in person to Renay and any health related electronic
communication will not be accepted.

- Renay Matthews, CMP reserves the right to refuse service.

- We do not offer refunds.

- Your Data will NOT be Stored online and will NOT be SHARED.

At BodyWorkDelivered we've implemented safety, hygienic and disinfection standards:

- Disinfection between clients

- Client screenings

- Time gaps between appointments to full sterilize table, tools and anything handled.

THERAPIST

Renay Matthews, CMP, over 1,000 hours of Certified Massage Training and 1600 Hours of Cosmetology training as well as being a certified Neuromuscular Therapist, she has worked over a decade of nutritional / wellness work training thousands of health practitioners across the USA.

She completed the Engineering Health, Yoga and Physiology at NYU Engineering School of Tandom, holds a CMP (Certified Massage Practitioner) with the California Massage Therapy Council, holds a AA in Cosmetology is a Physical Therapy Aide from the California State University Stanislaus, is a D.A.Hom (Homeopath Practitioner), Certified in Neuromuscular Therapy and is passionate about the healing arts and client outcomes.

For over two decades she has owned and operated a successful holistic health and wellness practice. She loves what she does and strives to enrich the lives of those she touches.
